1. Implementation Overview

1-1. Purpose

* Provide opportunities for mutual exchange between researchers from KU and VNUA/related institutions and make foundation for autonomous joint research in the future by establishing a cooperative network

* Create research results that can contribute to enhancing the capacity of researchers participating in joint research, fostering excellent research personnel, and developing livestock in both countries

3. Application Method and Procedure

3-1. Application Method

3-1-1. Prepare a joint research plan (attached form; attachment 4)  that meets purpose and composition of joint research support program

 * The main body of the research plan (necessity of research, objectives and contents, strategies and methods for implementation, budget promotion system for research, plans to utilize research results, expected effects, etc.) shall be prepared within 30 pages

3-2-1. Selection Criteria: The selection criteria and procedures for joint research support are in accordance with Section 6 of Chapter 3 School Administration (International Academic Exchange Regulations) and Section 5 (Allocation and Management of Academic Research Funds) of Chapter 4 School Regulations

3-2-2. Major Evaluation Details

 *  Conformity with the purpose of the joint research support project of the research plan and the announced research topic

 *  Specificity of the research objectives in the research plan, appropriateness of the research method, validity of the research expenditure plan, and expected quantitative performance figures of the research results

 *  Participating researchers' R&D capabilities, performance capabilities, etc.
